Mk2 3.4 MOD Jaguar restoration

After spending a day getting the alternator off, it is trapped under the PAS pump, removed the engine mount bracket from the engine, and from the chassis, then got it tested, all OK, then spent a day refitting it, and then 10 mins sorting out the wiring muck up from when I converted it from positive earth dynamo to negative earth alternator we have charging...... and now a fresh MOT, lots of jobs still to do, and still waiting for a screen but I have been driving it around! with a full tank of petrol and two people inside it sits a little too low so I will be adding some spacers to the front springs and removing some spacers from the front of the rear springs.

And series one E type steering wheel.... powerlock diff, PAS rack (BMW E30), vented front discs (Mitsubishi GTO rear discs, four piston front calipers (NOS Zeus intended for disc brake conversion to drum brake London taxis) Rear anti roll bar (Opel Manta B front roll bar) E type wheels (wider than std. Mk2) 2" su carbs

It just had to be a BMW rack.

It does when you have a shed full of BMW parts!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think I have restored a vehicle without at least one BMW part installed!

Knowing your history I wouldn't expect anything else. That would be just wrong.
