This is why sometimes I like to do things myself. They will be OK for the lorry battery tray but not for the other bits I had in mind.Not exactly a precission product are they, at 5mm thick I would have expected them to have parallel faces. I suppose the hardened washers you find behind cylinder head bolts would be too expensive ?

I'll grind a new parting tool tomorrow and do the last three, then I just need to machine the faces smooth (They're about 5.2ish mm thick right now) and possibly drill them out a tiny bit bigger - They're 12mm but I just noticed you said M12 so I'm thinking 13mm might be better for a bit more clearance?
