I think that was a "you only stopped me because my name came up" comment.I'm sure there was a "do you know who i am" moment in there.
Turns out the trailer is 680KG so he can only carry 70KG in it.
Its dark now so almost gaurenteed hes doing or planning to do something Norty soon tooI think that was a "you only stopped me because my name came up" comment.
He's been a norty boy in the past.

If you watch again, the Keystone cop said it will be good for 4500 Kg with brakes fitted. And that 90% overweight was with an empty trailer - I wonder weight what his biggest scrapyard run was with the Jimny!
I thought that too, but didnt want to mention itWould have a little more footage of the blonde policewoman
How long has that one been in force?OMG second offence ALL axles must be braked.
at one time, cars only had brakes on one axle. How long has that one been in force?
Reason I ask is my folks had a very old (1980s at least) twin axle livestock trailer, I sold it for them when the place was cleared.
Only the front axle had brakes, looked like it was that way from the factory. Forget the make, could have been an Ifor? Anyway I checked they worked and then thought no more of it at the time.
Yes that one was explained to me by a bloke I met at a show with a pre WW1 roadster, forget the make now. Having brakes on the front wheels was considered dangerous until 1925 or soat one time, cars only had brakes on one axle.
I read that and the first thing I thought is...double double axles (8 wheels)...1 set of brake pads...nice .Some google results here:
I am also led to believe all wheels and axles must have brakes if any brakes fitted,I think this may be an alternative fact.
