The local steel stockholder can beat FHB on price or just about match them, but their delivery kills it.
Crap steel prices round here, unless you want to buy a ton!
Sorry I did mean to put later or plasma cut in the title, anyone got a rough idea or do you need more information for it ?
I just quote brundles prices. Hard to beat them when they do delivery for £10.

Did you download that or draw it? Nice work.
I like the name change, first thing I thought when watching it was I hope you can get rid of the name.Drew it up this morning.

Drew it up this morning.
Had a quick play, that's a 600mm x 570mm fire box and 650mm tall, couldn't get it all into one sheet of 1220 x 2440.

is that for anyone or only trade users?
From the Rainham depot that’s anyone.
Did you do the sheet layout yourself or does the software do it automagically? If you take the gross area of all the parts, what percentage of a full sheet is it?

There might be some opportunity to split one of the larger parts into two for better nesting. The bottom RHS four parts, if removed, could be perhaps made from flat bar. Maybe consider how you might do it as a 'one sheet plus stock' design.
Would you consider uploading an ASCII dxf of the files so we can play about with it? To get it to upload here, you need to change the extension to .txt and then the person downloading has to change back to .dxf .
. All I need is the dxf file
