My steel supplier drops it at my door cut into 4 x 4 sheets for nothing, 9 times out of 10 he's collecting something I've cut for them though.

If you have the DXF contour files at hand then on https://fractory.com/ you can get quotes for laser (plasma) cutting and shipping in minutes. I have used the page for ordering and getting a quotes. Very pleased with them.

Looks pretty good, however if your not worried about the project part of it, keep an eye on gumtree etc. I’ve got 2 charnwood stoves from it, one free (5kw) and the other £50 (10kw). People tend to want rid of them because of the weight and nuisance, might work out a lot cheaper than this route.
Secondly I assume these wont be on the DEFRA list of approved burners for smoke free zones so watch out, someone could snitch on you if your in such a zone.
So can we chip in for plans or what? this seems like a wierd situation, dont want to bump the guys copyright but at same time if Brad just hits “quantity = 2” on the machine, is he bumping him or you or who?

Really good that, I like the size of it aswell. Would it fit on a bigger sheet ? Or would you have to do it in two sheets ?

Did you do the sheet layout yourself or does the software do it automagically? If you take the gross area of all the parts, what percentage of a full sheet is it?
There might be some opportunity to split one of the larger parts into two for better nesting. The bottom RHS four parts, if removed, could be perhaps made from flat bar. Maybe consider how you might do it as a 'one sheet plus stock' design.
Would you consider uploading an ASCII dxf of the files so we can play about with it? To get it to upload here, you need to change the extension to .txt and then the person downloading has to change back to .dxf .

And the £10 delivery charge makes a big difference - it's such a big pain when sky-high delivery charges prevent you from dong something!

Thinking along those same lines - I'd assumed there would be an option to input the material dimensions, and it would then cut it to fit within those measurements?
It's something I thought that nesting software would probably do - but I'm not automated, here!

I just did the layout myself, the computer with nesting software is in the shed, as you say you could do away with some bits or tweak the sizes to get it onto 1 sheet.
