I have to redesign both upper and lower mounts as the existing mounting hoops are too large on the Triumph shocks.
How do you mean laid down shocks? Just keep the angle but shift them forward? I was actually thinking of this so my top mounts aren’t too long but I’m concerned the I’ll screw up the shock triangle or geometry. Would this alter the rising rate of the shocks? If so they may need re-springing.
Gussets are already in my head as I have a few different sized hole swages here which would flare the holes nicely and add detail.
Once I’ve sorted my subframe the existing tubes will be cut and dressed back.
