I'm sure for the ml7 you can get a super fine feed gear for them
I made an electric feed out of a windscreen wiper motor and a speed controller. Gives a variable feed rate and goes slow enough to give a very fine finish. It also saves on having to change the gears over. How can I use the screw cutting auto feed on the ML7 for finish cutting for a good finish ?? Or is that even possible?
yes you can ,makes a huge differenceI'm sure for the ml7 you can get a super fine feed gear for them
If you YouTube Myford powered lead screw or this link if I've done it right@ Decca any pics etc ???
No, if you want to thread cut etc just lift the motor and remove the belt.Is there a clutch for that?
