If I hadn't already bought a mill, I'd be all over that Excel seeing whether it's worn out (only problem being it's probably too tall for the Garage of Danger...) - quill will have power feed, wind-the-handle variable speed, it looks to already have a 2-axis DRO, X-axis power feed, it'll be a lot more rigid/practical than a Wrong Foo (having used both types, I hate the loss of alignment moving the head on the round columns).
Likely to be 3-phase, but easy enough to knock up a phase converter / add a VFD, the power feed will probably be 110v and have its own transformer-from-240 in a box attached.
The Excels are mostly Taiwanese, a lot better built than the current Chinese lookalikes.
