Didn't need a mill/drill. Came up cheap and couldn't say no.In the RAF we used to say that if the MOD wanted a cat, they'd buy a dog and mod it.
Why buy something that then needs to be altered to do the job? If you need a mill, buy a mill.
I had a Rong-Fu mill which was in very good shape when I bought it used. For making odds & ends, brackets and general work etcetera it was ok, but I would not recommend one for precision machining. As eLuSiVeMiTe said, ....... " As a Pillar drill its fantastic. "

Are they the same size. Not sure from the pics now.
2hp motor on mine and doesn't seem phased chomping through steel with 1mm passes.
