hi graffian I was just looking at your chart as the ram on the 32t jack is 65mm if the Pump was 10.000 psi then it would be about 25t if I'm reading it right
I also found this conversion chart I'm not sure what the cylinder bore is and I'm not taking it apart to find out
the chart is giving me about 50,000 lbs. of force which I think is around 25t
I'm just wondering if I missing something as it rated at 32t
32ton from a 65mm cylinder is going to need ~14,000 Psi.
I had a blackhawk body dozer and it's cylinder said 40ton, an extremely optimistic rating, it wanted something like 50,000 Psi. when you worked out the pressure possible from the pump 10,000 psi was possible.
Jacks usually have, the ones I have taken apart, cylinders the bore of the rod that you see but it is possible that the cylinder is larger; you could make a good guess as to cylinder diam if you measure the depth to the cylinder thru the oil hole and the body diameter and calculate the od of the cylinder from that. If you look the graph you can see you need around 76mm bore for 32ton at 10kpsi.
