yes expensive but good
not sure that would stand up to the oil and fuel and heatyou could use a PU adhesive like tiger seal or sickaflex 221 they stick car wings on with it does take 24 hours to cure though

Yes with thorough degreasing, avoid detergents containing silicone, they tend to stop things sticking.if u can drain and clean it without oil seepage belzona or devcon spread over it will work if left to dry and harden 24 hours
Had similar issues on an old Corsa years ago but was lucky, the sump came off quite easily so was able to weld it up.

A 1.9 diesel by any chance? see my note RonAI did my daughter's Corsa sump, took it off and gas welded it as it was too thin for mig. Coat of black paint and good as new. I would try draining that and heat the area and wire brush it then JB Weld to seal it.
