Oil prices have dramatically slumped in the last few days. Boilerjuice is giving a price of just over 50ppl for me. How much further do folk think they will drop? I cam squeeze about 3000l in at the moment.

It does say in the news today that Brent crude prices have dropped to covid 19 levels as of today.

Hmmm I don't like being organised but I may watch oil prices and get some in for next winter.

Lowest in the Covid period was US$32.12 on 24 Apr 2020.

I seem to remember it dipping lower for a very brief time during covid, a boilerjuice chart.

I didn’t really drop that much during COVID. The biggest drop I’ve seen in 20 years of buying was February about 5-6 years ago when I paid 18p/L which was the lowest I’d ever paid. That totally went against the common belief that it’s cheaper in summer. I have a 2500L tank and I try and fill up while it’s cheap but I only buy 500L at a time while the prices are high. In recent years it’s been virtually impossible to predict.

that's for 2000litres, but price doesn't seam to change much with more/less quantity

can't wait for the solar install and heat pumps, not sure how much is left in the tank (2000litre tank) but we've only been here 6 months and we've bough 6000litres of oil :-o
