There was a show during the week about two women who said they ate what they wanted and stayed thin, guess what they were talking rubbish
Mhhh, not necessarily. I eat anything and everything I fancy, often cooked in true batchelor stylee - fried stuff etc. and my weight never varies beyond a pound or two either way. It's regularly checked at the hospital on their scales which correspond with my cheapy home set. I amaze the nurses when I can tell them what my weight will be.....

Neither do I calorie count...ever. It's a case of see/fancy, have. I don't buy very many ready meals though - I tend to batch cook with fresh produce and freeze down portions for those "What'll I have tonight" moments.
I eat whatever biscuits I fancy too, chocolate covered ones/toffee ones...you name it, I'll have it.

, but don't recall anyone abusing it.
] by putting us in an egg-shaped, pressurised chamber [. It was iirc around day 4 I was asked if I was definitely going to complete the full 2 weeks, apparently some didn't stick it out and left.
When I said yes, I was given a glass with the most expensive drink I'd ever had or will ever have. £1,000 for about 1/3rd of a pint of water. It was heavy water and so valuable that I was given a straw with which to suck up every last drop. Apparently they could recover it in the urine [yes, I know....] and tell all sorts of stuff about your metabolism.
