I decided last June to do something about my huge weight gain.
I'd hit 268 lbs.
I downloaded an app called Nutracheck, which is basically a food diary with a huge library of foods and products in.
By controlling my calorie intake I have lost 60lbs and well on my way to a target of 189lbs.
I have recently started some mild CV training and strength training (which I enjoy much more than CV).
I know a lot of guys on here aren't big on smart phones but Nutracheck also have a website. 1 month is free and then you have to pay a subscription.
But it really does make you start to think about and look at the nutritional content of foods and control what you eat.
I can thoroughly recommend it.
@davidjohnperry can attest to this as he didn't recognize me the other week.
