First time I’ve seen it on this and it’s at 8kits Chinese the cranks are made by Cadburys...that's normal to have the oil looking like metalflake paint

Chinese Honda genie copy motor I have did the shiny bits for a couple of initial oil changes, build tolerances of a "cock in a shirt sleeve" - well mine anyway
Could be the light, but the oil in that pic looks quite emulsified..
