I attended a very interesting site meeting on Friday, client wants a service laid some 150mts to a distribution point. The bean counters in their office have done some pretty comprehensive research into an alternative leccy supply. With the installation of a gurt generator running 24/7 which includes the purchase and four yearly replacement, maintenance package/contract and fuel there is with the current tariff they are on a £70k+annual saving. Probably more to save if they shut the genny down at night and used the grid.That's just plain wrong
