What's the benefit of remote air. I take it the all in one jobbies pump the paint, while the remote air pressurise the pot?
What is the 5 gal airless sprayer? can you send me a pic. The paint sprayers that I am talking about, full airless don't have a pot, they draw pint straight from the paint can via a spear, compress it (up to 3300psi), (bigger industrial ones go to 7250psi) and push it up a high pressure paint hose of generally 15meters. The 'cheapos' well over time, unfortunately are not so good, the Graco's, Wagner's / Titan's, even Seiwa's are all good, that is what we have here. There are others, certainly however the ones I mentioned do give the best performance. The problem with cheapo's is that they will stop when you least need them to, the big name brands also stop, mainly due to poor maintenance.part of my house is 3 stories......
I'm pretty able but at 74 using a lambs wool roller up a ladder is getting too much/heavy......and she doesn't want me up a ladder for days.....
had quotes from locals and lets just say it aint the Fourth Bridge......lab only costings start at €2500.....ps, I can do the job in 5 days on my own but a bit fxxxed after..hahaha...
even using the best paint I still have to paint most of it again each spring to make the property smart for the tourists....
there are a 3 tall almost blank walls u cant see in the photo.....what u do see is easy by roller .....

Have been thinking about a 5gal airless srayer with a long hose ...the cheapo's are lets say 500 and the better models 2,000....
are the cheap ones any good...?.....recomendations..those Wagners sound OK but not if it has a small pot....?? ...which is just as bad as a roller......
but perhaps I have it all wrong....
Same subject, at the mo the best paint here is imported Weathershield.....
so very soon, 1/2 of the smooth render will be removed and redone.....loose, cracks n bubbles......
MY QUESTION, is Polyurethene paint any better that W/Shield....not too worried about the cost of paint as long as it's good......just want to start off with the best paint
ps a 10'ish ltr bucket of W/Shield will be over €100 in the spring.......
the local paint is carp.....
What say you.......? thanks.....
Wagner for me too , pain to mask up but easy once sorted

Not sure I'd class it as a toy, though it will make me smile when I use it. Ive used commercial sprayers before, set up correctly and kept clean, they sure can put paint down. Just have to agree on a colour, as Im only cleaning it onceYou're going to be
