Some of them do.
Item number 7 232 31 00 23 9 from Fein. It handles 5mm, has a 1200W motor, costs a mere £2,631.
A slightly more realistic offering from Bosch is the GNA 3-5. It has a 620W motor, weighs 3.5Kg, costs £780, but only goes up to 3.5mm.
These numbers make the mentioned EN4 nibbler from Stakesys sound like a real bargain. With a 625W motor the claimed 4mm cutting capacity is a little doubtful, but with a weight of 4.6Kg and that hefty-looking nosepiece it might be possible.

That bosch thing will go through 3mm corten steel without issue. I would be pretty sure it would do 4mm no problem. Depends how tight some of the curves are as it has nothing like the small radius of the smaller nibblers

Have you tried the thin 1mm cutting discs rather than the regular ones? They're way better. Supposed to be stainless only but everyone used them for everything.

I can't think of anything better, I'm afraid, nibblers wont do 4mm plate.

If you can't plasma a good nibbler and a circular saw would be my call ... but both can be a bit noisy

Understatement Mike I bought the bigger version of that metal cutting circular saw blade to rip down 6mm sheets, aside of the shower of hot metal snurgs the noise is incredible, laying the steel sheet on ply when cutting does help but still noisy.

Perfect size to slap in a tracksaw. Perfect straight cuts Everytime.

Never used a tracksaw but it sounds ideal , the only thing I have that runs on a track is an old BOC pug that leaks gas from its seals in a very scary way

For breaking down 8*4 sheets there unbeatable. Think upside-down tablesaw.
Should be excellent on sheet steel too

Try cutting on some hard foam insulation.

(Other advantage of tracksaw is very good depth control.
Set off the gauge I can cut on a floor within half a mm of breaking through.)

I use one of these quite a lot recently, on 2mm sheet.

Just looked it up to find a random link - I don't remeber it costing this much, though!

Curve-wise, it's supposed to go right down to a 50mm radius, but I've never tried this out.
It does cut very quickly, doesn't throw of any nasties, and the cut edge, though not totally burr-free, is qretty good.

It seems to sit there at first, not seemingly doing much, until you push down slightly at the back, then it'll chomp through a 2x1m sheet, (the short way - ie 1m) in about 4 seconds or so.

I've mostly used it to reduce sheet materials down, but assume it's controllable enough for much more intricate shapes if you go slower, which I assume you do by pushing down (but only very gently) towards the back of the handle.

If I wasn't feeling quite so settled in, I would just nip out back and see how tight a curve you can cut.
But I suspect the specs are correct - and if I couldn't cut curves that tightly it'd more than likely be a competency issue!
