Trouble is most shops aren’t interested in one off for pocket money when theres £100k of finance
The pita is the hardening operation as parts swell and need post machining to return to tolerance. If its just the ends that need to be to fit hard turning or better tickling on cylindrical grindercouldnt agree more, its not a complicated job just bloody time consuming as in will exceed customers budget

Good luck to him but theres some fundamental stuff he’s tripped up on .I respect John at NYCNC for the business he’s built but let’s not forget that he started in his spare room with a taig Cnc mini mill less than ten years ago.
