had started a thread in the mig welding section. the thread was asking wether or not i can weld a metal on the same spot twice and still get ideal strength the second time around.
the question came through my chopper bicycle project. i started it the day before new year and "finished" two weeks ago. but after going for a test ride i discovered that my ability to steer properly was almost 0.
so i decided to cut the bike's steering neck to change the angle to decrease the trail....
chopped the bike last weekend, gonna work on it some more this coming weekend. here are some pics of the bike when i "thought"it was finished.
