Yes the recordings are admissable . The recordings are needed because they are a bunch of liars. Their remit is to fail a certain % irrespective. you then have to go to automatic appeal where only 4% are successful. What do you hope to achieve by recording? Are the recordings admissible if you need to appeal any decision? If you have a strong case, then covert recording might be better? If your case isnt cast iron, then recording may well antagonise them, and make them try very hard to find against you?
You then need to go to full appeal. At this stage you need to provide evidence why they are wrong......without knowing what they have written about you its hard.
Apparently they talk as if they are your best friend but write otherwise....you need a way of protecting yourself.
Let's put it this way would you trust anyone who sends you an appointment for 8.10 knowing you need to wake up at around 5am to get ready and there on time having emphasised that my wife can not wake before 9am and most days it's 10am ....this is due to the drugs she takes for epilepsy etc
oh and BTW you can only change your appointment once. After that you loose the benefit you are applying for.
Are you starting to get the picture.
