Instead of the solid balance tube you could have linked the carburetor inlets. DellOrto certainly have twin inlet unions, but whether a similar item is available for your machine, I know not.

The tank has 2 x outlets and a real deep tunnel. As I'm not running any sort of fuel level lamp etc , it'll just be one tap for main and the other for reserve. They'll both be linked into the both carbs, but It means I should get some sort of warning before it runs dry....??? The tank holds just under 10l so that wont last long with a 1000cc V-twin !!!![]()
threw some of the other bits on just for a bit of a morale boost...................sometimes I think you need to get some bits on there to get a vision of the end goal.....
Always helps to clear the build blues. Like the 59 on the tank, are you going for Yamaha tuning forks or something of your own as a badge?
