that is one of the neatest knives I have seen, super impressed with the riveting on the handles with out splitting the wood , style and finish for me a mere mortal rather than a bladesmith its got to be 10x10. thankyou for sharingAfter Screwdrivers BRUTAL critique of my last bladeI thought I'd better try harder to impress him. Another canister; 6mm 52100 bearings & 1095 powder, Curly oak handle and flared stainless tube 'rivets'.

Both look awesome! I've made my own as my touchmark is super simple... Also, I've just started electro-etching it into the blades as I can get vinyl cut easily 
It's amazing how much difference it makes to the finished item.
I've spent the last month or so making a new (tiny) forge. Should have gone with the typical approach, but no, I tried something new (ish). Still not sure if it's going to work...

Wasn’t sure it was who I used but Ukraine rang a bell so I clicked on it. The girl that runs it is brilliant. The first one cracked so they reworked the design and sent me mk2 free.

Yes, but you can find plenty of people who can turn a handle up. Not so many that could turn a piece of round into a trowel!And woodturning!

Finally, I have started the tree bench
I actually did the ends about a month ago, been making/repairing my ring roller up to now. Four hoops made and fitted up today, 9 more to do tomorrow if I have time. Then cut it in half, rivet it together and make the scrolls for the top too. Simple as that
