That looks a good set up. Ive managed to source a stair lift motor, which has the matching gear on it, still maybe too fast but i should be able to incorporate some speed control.
Only issue is understanding how to wire it up!
Sierra its rated at 1.2mm and it will do it, but i suspect this is right at its limit as standard, it flexes and is a struggle to run the bead ie its proper stiff. So it ideally needs a few smaller passes rather than doing a bead in one go.
Strenghened will make all the difference.
