old haulage firm long gone 70s had 5 wagons used to put old engine oil into diesel storage tank to stop people stealing it old 1418 and 1924 mercs used to run on it no bother
but i think you mean ships diesel like tar has to be either 30 or 40 c to load into tanks they use steam to heat it
hence why it takes so long to start a ships engine sure someone with more shops knowledge will be along shortly

Thats the kind of mindset your dealing with, no mention of the gazillions in fuel revenue they have had off the haulier
