If you have a water meter don't ignore the cost of filling up
Gosh! 20k is more what I was thinking. I cant even imagine where the 60k gets sunk (no pun intended!!)The one I posted was about about 60K and the landscape work which included all the slabs and pool house was another 60k. The one I did for myself was about £20k

At least it holds water... :-)
Had an architect round on Saturday and discussed something a little larger but this thread is interesting...
I've done a few decking jobs, the last one used non-slip decking boards from Selco (like normal boards but with a wide soft tread in the center made from reclaimed rubber) - I've seen the same in pubs as it's very smart and safe even when wet, shame Selco stopped stocking it as a few people who have seen it have asked if I would like to do something similar for them I'm not looking for work (I'm busy for the rest of the year unless plans change) but am always happy to have a chat Some decking ideas https://duckduckgo.com/?q=non+slip+decking+boards&iax=images&ia=imagesNot built one but just had this bad boy installed ... Anyway apparently we now need decking around it, anyone got any suggestions as to where to go for such a construction or indeed recommend any decent DIY sites?
