any tips for getting bushes out of wishbones?

sounds like very cheap id rather pay that bit more, or have they done it so people dont need a press and can push the poly in with a vice

I think the top arms push in like that no steel liner needed right

that is one of the uppers just need to cut the steel liner out i think
