The case for Bristol is a little more concerning,
The Southern Road Boundary they are proposing will cut the south side of the city from the east side of Bristol and Avonmouth,
Diverting through the city, or a longer route southwards.
Bristol has allways been a nightmare to negotiate, a place to avoid. Nothing new then...

No, I didn't, because Bristol has allways been an insular, confusing, badly signposted place to avoid. So my answer was correct for an outsider. Even one who has to put up with the badly signposted Cardiff occasionally...

The Government have made some objections to their proposals, hence it not being implemented this coming October, postponed for 1 year IIRC
Many people have very likely purchased Euro 4 Petrol (2005 onwards, not a problem), and Euro 6 Diesel (2015 onwards, expensive purchase) vehicles because of this,
I am waiting to see the results,
Though my dirty, stinking, gas guzzling FQ360, is Euro 4
, though I would be upset if I had to pay £9 per day to drive that particular road in question, as the road tax is already £1.65 a day

Me too. Don't make it a great place though.
Like anywhere, it has its upsides and downsides. But it's ever-increasingly oppressive to live here. I'm stuck here again due to my job.

To be fair and balanced I regularly go to Yorkshire, while it’s lovely there are some real depressing hovels there

, this film is based on my home town (in West Yorkshire) .....I was speaking to someone who said his relatives used to own one one mills where part of this was filmed, and said he had never seen this film before.

Its cities full stop, not just London. They are getting overcrowded, too expensive to live in and depressing. Its been 18 months nearly with the lockdown since i went into Dublin city centre. I was there a few weeks ago and couldn't wait to get out of it. Two drug users fighting with the security on the tram. Sketchy looking lowlife in most of the streets, and i didn't see a single copper. Most of the interesting old shops gone, to be replaced with vape shops and tattoo parlours, charity shops and fast food joints, oh and souvenir shops selling rubbish made in china.

There are some parts of Yorkshire I'd prefer to never "visit" again. A persons opinion of a place is merely their opinion. It means chuff all. Christ, people start taking the **** out of Barnsley as soon as we say where we're from. You can guarantee, without fail, their response when they ask where you're from: "Oh, you're from Baaaarnsley". F*tards.
We don't get peed off. The footballists seem to be using a strangely shaped ball in the first clip . . . and it seem the bicyclists had the same urge to fill the road even thenahh the good old days of living in Yorkshire
