Any progress after the "minor" headache of parts not fitting? Keep at it, looking forward to the finished product!

I've ordered some brand new B posts. just waiting for them. Then I can test fit it all. Just things have been going against me recently.

I do however have most other bits I need now. Just those damn b posts. I hate b posts shouldn't be to long once I actually get them.

Just a wee little update, my B posts are at the TNT depo. Also got my rear door glass. I tried collecting the Bposts today but they didn't fit in my car my friends collecting them Monday for me. Hopefully everything being well. I'll be able to get them on latest the end of the week.

Finally! Here.
Two brand new b genuine b posts. I'm doing a night move tomorrow night so I'll try switch these during the day happy bunny now. Can look at getting it all assembled this weekend full I hope and test fit ready for paint and galvanising.

As I said. Id do some on Lou. Swapped the B posts firstly. That was so easy with new posts. They literally went straight on. So glad I bought new. Now I need to send these old ones back!

Then I found out my brother was here so we put the roof and windscreen mount on

I'm so pleased

I'll fit the doors at the weekend then I can strip it all down for galvanising.
I'm also going to weld the b posts a bit better. They only have three spot welds on either side and bend so easily!
It was a major pain getting it in the garage. Had to let the tyres almost all the way down. They should be fine to the weekend I hope haha.

Nope it goes through there I'm saving for a house next year anyway so won't be an issue in the future.
