105 inch TV anyone?

We still have a traditional tube TV - and intend keeping it until it dies. At present it's around 15 years old and still works perfectly however during the same period we have had several smaller LCD TV's in kitchen and dinning room pack up.
Remember the old days when they had valves and could be easily / cheaply repaired rather than simply binned as today

and next year that new model will need to replaced as it will then be so last year.....if you to see something that big just sit a couple of feet closer to your old 50" tv

The cost is probably more to do with it being 4k, the size is a way to justify it

Stupid money to fork out for a gogglebox. I bought a toshiba 32" hd in currys last year and its great, all for less than 300 euros. But still the well off manage to come up with extravangant ways to blow their money (apart from paying their staff properly). I was watching that programme on Aspreys in London a while ago, they were selling luxury handbags for £75,000 ! The arab wimmen were snatching them up. Three years wages for most people blown on a lump of leather !
