If you passed your driving test before 1997 you can drive up to 7 1/2 ton and pull a trailer, after january 1997 you can only drive a 3 1/2 ton and have to take a test to pull a trailer.

Brickyard is a forum hosted by Brickwerks in Honley HD9 6PX.

They are very helpful, though invariably very, very busy and will not shy away from telling you the foibles of any VW, and possibly others too, you may have in mind.

They do have 'Open Days' sometimes. Not much LT stuff, but, as I said very helpful.

Me and the other half did a medium wheelbase lt35 about 3 years ago works well for 3 adults but would not be comfortable for 4, me brother just converted a long wheelbase lt35 and you would just about fit 4 adults in that but it would be tight. What about a merc vario if your licence will permit or a big iveco. I just did a big iveco cargo as a horsebox for a customer and that was a proper good size. Hope this helps!

Ooh I like both of them! The 101 especially, always had a soft spot for them! After getting stuck many times in ours on nothing more than wet grass my thoughts were next one I build will have to be at least 4wd. Fair play nice!

I'd go with an old PSV personally (wish I had the space here! It'd make festivals much more confortable). Over 30 years old and i is fine on a cat b licence.
