A black abs bracket and some end caps for what will be a brace for a bench, which has been what could euphemistically called welded together. A couple of pla die holders. The wide strip on the side is to allow for a label. All designed in onshape. Weirdly it was the pla that lifted off the bed on either end of the long holder but luckily the print completed.

This was a quick 10 minute design for something I'd just never got round to - as they say, perfection is the enemy of completion!

If you let me know somewhere I can upload it or an email via DM you're welcome to it. It's a pretty rudimentary design though. it attaches to the wall through two screw holes, I'd be happy to change those to whatever size or spacing you prefer.

For the truck so space is at a premium. It's a fusion of off the shelf modular hose units which are durable yet strong. I can replicate them in print but you don't get the incredible smoothness or I suspect, durability.

The 3d printed part is a simple base at the bottom with half an MH unit glued in. At the top, angled to join up with the stand but includes an adjustable rotating collar so I can swing the iPhone to horizontal in plane with the screen. Nut and bolt to adjust tension.

The design allows for access to various buttons, controls, lenses etc. Solid as a rock, stuck down with 3M VHB so a devil to remove once it's been in place a while.

I've made a mistake and ordered the wrong part for my spray gun, but jts better so I'd like to keep it. Fitting an R160 tip on a R150/GF3, this allows a larger spray pattern.

The original seals are Oring shaped plastic, and they get squashed and deformed to fit when the two parts go together. The original has a recess for the seal under the thread (m10 *1) but the new one does not and is 10mm, about 1mm wider diameter. With this combination, the seal is too wide and it wont deform correctly, it gets extruded out.

Plan is to print some TPU seals that are much closer to the required shape and size:

10mm bore, 12mm OD, 2mm tall cylinder with a 45 degree chamfer on top.

I've drawn it but need to clean printer, I havent used for several months.

I probably should have dried the TPU but I think its mostly ok, the seam/scarf joint is not great - I should look into settings to improve that.

Left is the R150's 1.0mm with the original seal, right is the R160 1.3mm nozzle.

my 3d printer has made nothing but a mess all day...chasing my tail on issues with every print ive tried, different layer heights, speeds, filaments, temps...the last failure resulted in a clogged nozzle so i pulled it off to clear it and then notices the tip of the nozzle was loose it appears to have been slowly working its way out and altering the distance to the print...ive cleaned it, tightened it properly and refitted, its now printing and seems to be going ok, but ive ordered a new 0.4mm nozzle anyway just incase.
