I wondered if due to always being damp will the plastic grid take in water , expand and be a sod to take out ?Be fine with some hair round it![]()
I’ll let you know in a month or so when it needs pulling out for a clean. I hadn’t thought about water absorption but the thought crossed my mind about warm water regularly running over it and whether that bit of heat might affect it.I wondered if due to always being damp will the plastic grid take in water , expand and be a sod to take out ?

White PLA, 100% infill. Should last long enough
Send a set off to our metal casting friend for a few token & I'm sure you'd get a lovely cast aluminium pair in return .The window blind in front of my desk in the office fell down a few weeks ago, when the 40 year old plastic bracket finally broke. The sun glare is intense and hard on th eeyes adn you can't see the computer screen. Being lazy, i propped it up to do something about it later. It usually fell down shortly after.
Today was later, when it fell down, again, in the middle of an online meeting. Fired up Fusion and dealt to it rather than doing work.
White PLA, 100% infill. Should last long enough, and more to the point, the blind is back up and I can see again.
