The ends of the axles are held into the diff with these clips. On went on ok and the other pinged off into the depths of the diff, thankfully I was able to fish it out with a magnet. Otherwise doesn't bear thinking about.

Just need to bolt the prop shaft on then bolt the diff back onto the subframe from above! Ludicrous design bolting from above when there is no access to get to the fixings.

I'd snap it off now!Don't let the other side drop in when you refill it.
