Not even long enough to invade Kiev from Belarus, by all accounts.I've seen lower-priced Chinese 900-16 tyres, but I don't know how long they'd last.

Thanks. It's been quite a while since I did that repair. I don't recall the gauge offhand, but the new metal matched the gauge of the original floor. If you'd like, I can check the thickness for you when I have a moment. When you did your battery box repair, what gage steel did you use, and what is the purpose of the small tab in the corner?
You do really great work.
Cool project! There certainly were a lot of different K6 configurations. That's quite a hefty-looking winch on it. That should keep you busy for a while!DO NOT EXPECT THIS STANDARD OF RESTORATION on my 1944 Austin K6, it will be as usual done to driver quality not museum standard!
That's a serious set of tyres.I put a set of 38x10.5-16 directional tires on my 708.
Looking at a set of directional 40x13.5-16s for my 37.
I wish the 40s were narrower.
