Maybe it's one of those cross flux cylinder head not uncommon to see on diesel engines.
Tubular cam shafts with shrink fit cam lobes have been pretty common for many years now.
Your English is close enough that it's usually readily understandable. 
I do that every time I can at little doses to not get strange
I've found just the opposite, no work mates to depress me and take away my enjoyment!
Shhhhh dont say that or your Mrs will be nagging you to decorate or fit a new bathroom!
There's no right/good answer to working with people or on your own, people can help or hinder, cheer or depress. Whichever way you go it's a double edged sword, but on balance I prefer things as they are.

Yeah, thinking back, a couple of cheery folk in a workshop would make all the difference.
Over the years I've found that there is a common denominator in the less than harmonious working environments I've been in. However, in my defence it could just be a coincidence.
I put "Like" , but it isnt really appropriate , you can always talk things through on here , no matter what you are going through , anything shared is always a good thing , take care and keep busy !During the afternoon I went to the Chinese shop a block away home to buy triple A batteries, once back home I've unloaded my car trunk Wich was essentially filled with guns
On the way home (less than 20 meters) I've met my neighbor, as always asked me where I was coming from.
So I've said him I was just unloading the trunk because I've been testing a new toy in the morning (plus my friend syster was continuously saying me she wanted to shoot so today was the day).
I've opened up the carrying bag and he had a look, talked little bit about the Christmas lights we install every year in the alley.
And he suddenly said that this one was his last Christmas and started crying.
I've hugged him and said him to not say those things because I wouldn't be able to do things I do without him.
Little background story, he's the grandfather I've never had, he taught me most things I know, we spent a lot of time doing projects and autopsy on dead appliances.
I've practically grown up in his house, reading books and listening him telling about his career in the offshore oil rigs.
He is responsible for what I'm today and I would have not achieved many things I did.
Anyways once water calmed down, I went home, enter in the workshop closed the door and started crying....
He's 89, fighting with prostate cancer, his words made me break down and he even apologized to me, I'm happy to have not cried in his presence but it has been one of those moments someone here said that a workshop is the perfect refuge for getting after those things ( my father is fighting with both prostate and colon cancer, who said that referred to this)

Things left to do on that component are
Make a slot for zeroing it to the rifle
Skim it little bit, punch numbers and lines for range increments, rust blueing the thing.
After that I can start another component
