How about a crude, tatty looking partial box cover for it, so that it doesn't catch the eye?I did consider that. I suppose we'll find out![]()

So they went through the asbestos roof instead?I did similar to my garage door back in the 80’s and also reinforced both sides of it to prevent them from being gemied open with a pry bar.

No. I forgot to mention that it didn’t have walls or a roof.So they went through the asbestos roof instead?![]()

high security!Okay, I didn't fix this today, I broke it a couple weeks back, but I really do have to fix it, can't be going into the Pliers drawer just to open the shed! There has gotta be an easier way. Maybe someone with a Tig welder eh?

Is that a rotary engine? Rx7 or Rx8?the secondary injectors having no orings would cause issues!
no wonder i had fuelling issues under boost, the fuel was all being blown back out before it got anywhere near the engine.
plus a decent sized boost leak due to a crack in the manifold. i knew it was there, i just didnt know where...

i dont know what the lower intake manifold was painted with, but it reacted really weirdly to paint stripper, just went soft and goopy, had to reappply several times and wire brush it and it still didnt want to come off.
but the engine cleaned up nicely, just a spot of blasting to key the surface and get the last of the red off and itll be good to go for paint.

Those alpha laval plate exchangers are the work of satan. Hateful things!Few days late...
Attended a customer site to do a hydrostatic test on a heat exchanger a few days ago... It didnt meet the test pressure, so ended up re-gasketing all the plates and rebuilding.
fantastic work but you need to take a step back and TIDY YOUR SHOPi also fixed some very substandard welding in the exhaust, it had no penetration on these joints at all so it cracked.
