Gem of a thing, it’s knocked in over a thousand posts now and still going strong. That Milwaukee fencing stapler is also very good, that’s had about four thousand staples go through it. Trouble is I have now had a taste of red

Just power the van with itHow much diesel does your van use carrying all the weight, plus the tools?
Just think of the cost of buying enough charger units to charge that lot, plus all the extention leads needed. At least you can wrap all the leads together and have a free electric fire to warm your hands n feet over....
The red things are very very dangerous to the wallet.Gem of a thing, it’s knocked in over a thousand posts now and still going strong. That Milwaukee fencing stapler is also very good, that’s had about four thousand staples go through it. Trouble is I have now had a taste of red

Might have to get me one of those posts knockers, will a 61 1/2 year old be able to handle it?![]()
Do Makita make a trolley to move it all?Yeah thats total, and including a couple of LXT's my battery bag is about 11kg that I carry out every day, along with multiple chainsaws, hedge trimmer, power unit etc depending on the job, 2.5L of coffee etc.. up a 50 meter hill to the car. Hard work!
Makita does that tooI've a couple of milwaukee tools and my mate has a big milwaukee nut gun and we both have the same problem - the battery securing system wears out and then the battery gets loose and you keep losing contact.
Tested 2024.I picked up some fire extinguishers from a site that were destined for decommission. Most are tested in 2024.

Why only a 5 year service life? Seems a tad throw away society.Tested 2024.
When were they commissioned?
They only have a 5 year service life.
The CO2 is 10 years.
Not realy, after 5 years they can:Why only a 5 year service life? Seems a tad throw away society.
How strange. I picked some up yesterday. They were very old and decommissioned, I cut the tops off and use them for storing metal in.I picked up some fire extinguishers from a site that were destined for decommission. Most are tested in 2024.

Thats not so bad, though they were scrapped. Though suspect itll be almost as cheaper too replace rather than service refill etc.Not realy, after 5 years they can:
Have a discharge test.
Refilled with refresh agent.
Re filled.
Or you cn hve s ervice exchange.
You do want them to work when you need them, don't you?
