I had a first image in my mind of the reels in your bed with the electric blanket warming & drying them ... I wonder if it would work ..my bed blanket gets rather hot on the max setting and auto cuts off after an hour and a half

Well now I have finished it, I have realised that it wasn't what I was trying to build at all! One fuse was supposed to be used for the SLA and the other three left free for cabin services to protect!

Came across this software/firmware addon, the other day, for the Anycubic Kobra printers.

Only had a little play with it, so far, but it seems to extend the functionality of the printer, to some degree. One thing I am currently trying to figure out, though, is how to get their slicer to find the printer when it's in lan mode. They've made some annoying changes to the slicer. It does allow the printer to work with OctoApp though, & you can access a web interface for the printer once the above is installed.

Printed a sign up for my good lady for the show this weekend where she has a stall.
is just over 300mm wide and about 5mm deep, took about 2hrs 30mins to print and the slicer said it cost about £5.20
would hate to think how much a company would charge.

pursa mk4 here, I was held back by the bed size trying to print a label dispenser last night
have been thinking about a new printer even tho mine isn't old / our of date yet it's very tempting :-o

started with a prusa before they were officially released and just stuck with them
the modern ones are really good, there's a few times I've printed things for work and one print used almost a full roll of filament
I've got the multi material kit for it for 5 colours etc. but never bothered fitting it

Creality K2, its got silly large bed and the CFS give the multi colour.
Had few little issues, but 90% plus of the prints have been good,and some of the failures have been my fault.

That's some serious fun . I just commented to Alison that my original Prusa MK 2 upgraded to 4 is now considered almost a museum piece .
Lets see what Santa has on his sleigh for me, I've been a good boy .................. honest !
Designed and printed a little base piece for the new fish feeder, didn't fancy cutting the rectangular hole for the included base but also didn't want it just sitting ontop like the old one since it always got knocked sideways so this locks into the existing hole.
