Today, my first Temu purchase arrived...

Mud flaps for my new car (VW Golf) and some whippet / greyhound tea towels. And, not that I can remember buying, a similarly themed doormat...

Additionally, I treated myself to some really, really nice wee 'once in a lifetime purchase' binoculars; Leica Trinovid 8 x 20 BCA. I can't believe how small they are - yet so clear.

We walked the dogs on a local beach on Saturday and there were seals in the water and, once again, I thought if only I had binoculars... did plenty of research and it happened that a local country and gun store has the best prices in the UK, so a few days I popped over after work and got to test three - these were the winners.

Santa came early. Some freebies from a friend in Scotland. MT3 live centre for the M300 and a boring bar, needs a bit of fettling to fit in the tool holders, or a bigger tool holder (the post looks big enough).

And the best gift

A brand spanking new 3M air fed grinding mask . Even the version with the shoulder hood / flaps. Certainly made working on the 6x6 chassis in a closed workshop much more pleasant.

@8ob I think there's a competition forming between Surrey and Scotland . Although I have said he can have the donkey saw because with the big bandsaw I don't really have a need for it nor neighbours to worry about noise.

I have something similar that came from Lidl but to be honest I just hold the vacuum nozzle below where I'm drilling and it's just as good plus I can see the pencil mark where to drill.

If you were spotted with that gun in any main underground train station in London at the minute you would likely be shot by a real gun!

I'm guessing the gun laws regarding replica firearms is very relaxed in Italy?

Weapons regulation over here are a little strange.
Airsoft guns replica can be legally own and transported no problems at all ...
That's as long they stay below 1 joule of muzzle energy.
Air pellets and paintball gun have to stay below 7.5 joules prior to be considered proper weapons and need a license.
Pcp always require a license.
You cannot go around with a knife on your person but you can go around with a bow or a crossbow as they are considered sporting tools.
Muzzle loaders can be own and shot without any license.

Had a bit of retail therapy at my local tool shop today. picked up another 5ah battery, the double charger I've been meaning to get for a while and a second battery grinder so I dont have to keep swapping discs constantly.

Also got some Bessey clamps on order but they've not appeared yet
