The slide rule brings back memories (some good, some better left unsaid) about my high school maths classes. That was in the days before calculators arrived to take the place of human brain functions. Hmm, that sounded rather cynical...didn't mean it that way. I'd hate to go back to using a slide rule now! I actually ran across my old slide rule the other day...several times, in fact, before it finally broke.A set of end cutters and a slide rule.
I just received confirmation of my DX100 radio awardI had gained it before over a combination of my call signs but this is for my full license only.
Probably doesn't mean a lot to most but it's a big personal achievement
(It means I have confirmed contacts in 100 countries)
Absolutely, I have managed it in less than two years, for some it has taken a lifetime! It's a lot smoother in the digital age, imagine waiting for all the QSL cards to come back so you could claim the award
I think the only one I have framed somewhere is the DXCC Millennium award for 100 countries in the year 2000.

So many stations won't send a physical card.

Mesh goggles and masks.
Unsure about those
Bottom right mask is a keeper, other ones will end up either to be sold or given for free most likely.
BB can shatter on impact an fragments can pass though the wire mesh.
This is a game, Yes?So...

Claymore is a keeper, it can be activated either by remote or trip wire .
How many call signs have you got? I thought you got just one, regardless of whether you had a full licence or not. Mind you I got mine back in the late 70s when things might have been different.I just received confirmation of my DX100 radio awardI had gained it before over a combination of my call signs but this is for my full license only.

That swarm of bees seems to follow you aboutMade more mess, the bit of existing concrete was not really wide enough especially when you get bigger trailers/tractors/folks that can't drive so it's getting widened by 1.2mtr, time to throw more money in the ground so Rachel can't get her hands on it, apart from VAT/national insurance etc etc...

It is a pressure tester for hose wheel and with adaptors, for dry and wet risers.Today, for the exorbitant price of three whole pounds, I acquired this from the local bootfair:

I didn’t really need it as such, but for £3 I thought it was worth a punt.
Got it back home and fitted a coupling and some scrap pipe and an end cap and gave it a quick pump:

I was pleasantly surprised to see that it works well, and even more surprised that those plastic push on pipe fittings were able to withstand over 300psi!
I have no immediate use for it, and looking back I don’t think I’ve ever had a use for it but for £3 I just had to have it!
So if anyone here needs one, you’re welcome to come to Kent and borrow it!
Or also for testing @doubleboost’s steam engine shenanigans! It is a pressure tester for hose wheel and with adaptors, for dry and wet risers.
I have one. Used it to pressure test a compressor tank.Today, for the exorbitant price of three whole pounds, I acquired this from the local bootfair:
