Part 2.
All 8 bolts and studs had to be drilled out. The Odd gasket sealant was removed with a off the shelve gasket material.
It was slow.

The main body.
The remains of the pipe, RHS, was not going to shift.
A cut was made and two hard wood wedges spread the cut and it was removed.
The Body was cleaned up, the label fell off and was then soldered back on.
The fixings had to be removed. drilled out as much as I could, then the body was warmed up to spit bubbled and a brass stepped punch was used to drift the remains out.
When the brass was being attacked Citric acid attacked the rust.
This shows how thick the gasket material was and how much rust was still falling off.
Drying the parts. Ech part was dried on the stoves. Then dropped into a box of silica crystals, before paint.
Grat issue of a fixing being drilled out.
