Looks like something out of an episode of Storage Wars!
Haven't looked at them since but they may be a mix. Some were definitely reduction. No particular need at present although I could do with a slotter on the lathe, so they might be useful.

Acquired a new skill...first ever Ali weld.
Ain't pretty but it just needs to not break...needed to be fixed in a hurry so I just used the Kemppi. Happy enough with it as a quick repair.
Added an extra support...and now my engineers square is a few inches shorter
...needs must.

It might not be dodgy food but the latest vial assault that's happening all over the place .New phone. I had to wait a couple of hours while the Ford Stealership fitted two speed sensors to the Ranger. So went for a walk into Burnley town centre while they were doing it.
I only went in to sort out my daughter's phones but my Note 8 has been playing up and I get a phone subsidy from work to make sure they can always contact me. So no excuses for having a dodgy phone.
So ended up with the Samsung S23 Ultra. I wanted a decent camera and this certainly delivers but I was sucking my teeth a bit as they are spendy. The sales guy then said, "are you self employed as we offer bigger discounts for business users". "Well", I said, "we do sell eggs at the end of the farm drive". "That's close enough" said the salesman and it came down a bit more
Then I thought, sod it, no pockets in a shroud and I'm 61 next week.
I haven't swapped over to the shiny one yet, I'll do that on the morrow, too busy this evening tiling and collecting the youngest from her school trip to Ypres, Passchendaele and similar. She and most of the rest of her coach had some dodgy food in Belgium and puked all the way back, second load of washing just going in now....
A family friend came back from Spain 11 days ago with it , he had an evening meal with us ( Norton Anti virus does not work on this one ) went down with it 24 hrs after he got back . Started with up chuckkies & progressed ......
All four of us in our household have had it . day six saw us losing bladder control for 48 hour accompanied by jelly legs . Had to risk it and nip out in my car sat on a folded bath towel , to get four packs of 12 incontinent pads & three packs of Lemsip .
Keeping up with the washing and drying was difficult to say the least to day it , appears to be leaving us .
