I don't know anything about the quality, but I have already seen Draper in your postings.
I like lids that are really closed in the "closed" position.
A bit disappointing that T8 is the smallest Torx bit, there are indexable insert screws with an even smaller drive.

The grinding, the edge and the handle say never used - origin is unknown to me, I have never seen this logo.
