Clutch alignment tool for my David brown. Undersize on two of the three diameters but not enough to matter on such an old tractor. Also no tolerances specified on the drawing First time I've had to try and be accurate, need to get my head around spacing the cuts and my handwheel graduations.

Great fun to use the smart and brown an what a delight en1a is to machine.

The ones you sometimes get with new clutches are plastic and not a massively tight fit so I wouldn't panic!

I am waiting for an invoice from the contractor for concrete laying, smoothing by helicopter and hardening of the top layer with quartz sand. Approximately 10 m3 of concrete. The formwork from the waste of door frames and the knitting of the fittings were done by ourselves. Concrete with polypropylene fiber.

Been a good few late ones this week.
Cladding the tanks I posted last week.
Needs a bit of careful measuring and working out to get the cladding rhe right size to slip over without being too tight or massive gaps round rhe ends.

Didn't have much height to spare either. Enough length on the hangers to drop it over the tank far enough, but short enough to get it over about 10mm clear, but will have to weld the vent In when it's laid down.

Made some jigsaw pieces on the plasma yesterday from 8mm 5083 aluminium.
It is for a roller system for another Cheetah Cat, won't be happening until next year but nothing like being prepared

25mm X 16mm "mini trunking" (£1 a meter).
4mm "floor protector" (£9 for a 8x4 sheet) cut into strips to fit in place of "lid"



Cheap "light fittings" to take LED "tape".



From more than a foot away, it just looks like trunking, so blends in.



Can still be joined with standard trunking joints.

Plus: it's *cheap*

I liked except for the lights Bleeding farmers around here working at night and close to roads need to adjust their work lights properly

Last night, right alongside the road, looks better to the camera than it does to a humans eyes..

Rear camera view after I passed, you can see his lights are even lighting up the opposite side of the road which I am on.

Having said that, todays job is a Kelsa type bar for a JD! Looks like some hillbilly ramraided truckfest!

Not far away we have a golf course that flood lights it's driving range. It casts a similar bright light across the road, and as the nights draw in in years past it made it impossible to do my sheep lookering as I was always looking into the bally bright light. Couldn't count the animals never mind spot lame ones. All for a few spoilt city types to wack an innocent ball about before retiring to the 19th hole. !

A holder for the 12V throatless shear. It has to stand upright, else some grease/oil creeps out the gearbox. It can't get knocked over now.

That height gauge I made for mapping the floor under the old removed bath worked well,for levelling it up adding three more tapered layers of floor tile cement to get the drainage gradient to the wet room floor drain was difficult, but nowhere as difficult as tiling away from your knees to the left & right as well till the tiles reached the farthest wall ( where the original tilers started off from so tiled towards their knees a row at a time).

I couldn't find a rolling pin I liked, for a price I liked, so... £13 in Been&Queued and two hours later, I've got a set of 3 made to my exacting specifications.



35mm diameter, I've got an 8, 16 and 24", plus 4 feet spare to make another set.

Not sure how to finish them, do Osmo make a food safe oil?
