Yes for a wheeled version rather than tracked. Just noticed the bloody pictures are upside downLooks pretty much exactly like the one on my machine, only difference is the bottom of the boom where there is a tube linking the two box section bits and a gusset plate. Nice find, do you have plans for the whole machine?
Can’t help with that one unfortunatelyAh, was wondering if you had a proper drawing for a track roller
Got fuel sender attached to the plate and cut a gasket.

Made a slight error with my measurements! Measured the height of the stud and cut the pipe accordingly. Forgot to add the 6mm of steel plates and 3mm of gaskets

Easy fix though, just put a plastic cap over it..

Gave it a test, not accurate in the slightest but good enough can maybe add a trim pot later.
Steel arrived for the King pin, 300mm length of 55mm en19 black bar

bit hairy center drilling it, not too much wobble but a lot of stick out.

Few passes and its not going well! Vibration is a big issue, not entirely sure ill manage this on this machine. Gave up last night after multiple variations on speed feed and depth, found if I take literally microns I can smooth out the ripples.
Going to try rotating the tool post so I can get less stickout of the tailstock quill, also ordered smaller nose inserts.
Using dcmt 11t308, try 04. All else fails the old pin and bushes are getting kept (not removed bushes yet) and can look into it again at a later date. Not an urgent job, just a seeing as its apart j

Hopefully some of these will be of use to you? The king post will be different to what you need as it will need to be designed around your other boom, can use it as a general layout reference I suppose? Plate is 14mm with the side plates being about 10 or 12mm.
Cylinders are roughly measured to give you a idea, pins are all 25mm I think
Is that your homemade plasma cutter tableSo, while i was distracted waiting on steel and bushes i set about the fuel tank. If it hasnt become clear i can be very skittish moving from one job to the next, usually ending up in a whole heap of part finished jobs.
The fuel tank is sort of built into the floor, there are two wing tanks, right is fuel left is diesel. But there is no way of accessing them and the fuel gauge is just comical!
View attachment 284095
This is how you are supposed to gauge the fuel level.... a tiny sight glass sitting at the bottom of a much taller tank! and its clouded up. That's if you can even see past what i can only think is protective steel right in the middle of it?
So i wanted two things for the fuel tank, access to clean whatever's in there, and a fuel gauge. Had a think and a look about, still had some 127mm pipe from the rollers, and for some reason i had a 127mm hole saw, cant even remember what i bought it for.
View attachment 284096
So i drilled a dirty great hole in the top of the tank!
Tank was apparently empty, removed about a liter of sludge that didnt make it out, kind of proved my own point of needing access.

and just for giggles, this is the other side of the stock fuel gauge
now the problem with this area is its directly under the floor plate, so anything needs to be recessed, this is where the pipe comes in.
resurrected the mpcnc plasma, added a bit of kopex to try and reduce the infuriating failures from the electronics going mad, seemed to help, fingers crossed.
It did a really neat job cutting out the flanges i needed.
View attachment 284097
So this is the plan, weld the thin flange to the pipe, larger plate bolts to this, sender unit bolts to the plate. have a sender unit that's recessed into the tank, and have enough room to get a hand in to maintain in the future etc.

And that is us up to date! just received some cork gasket to seal the plate to the flange, just need to test the gauge and assemble everything
I don’t know about these machine but is there an electronic actuator on the pump? I had to replace one on our little Kubota recently. It seized up.When you shut the engine off does your one instantly shut down as my one put the ignition off and takes a few mins to stop
Double entendre warning!chris where is your shut down knob and do you have any pictures of the pump and knob location
where is your battery on your machine? They are universal CV boots only had one plate with the square holes so made two new ones with bits of pipe welded in. 3d printed little bushes to take the levers up to 20mm, in the build somewhere
