How to get cutting oil stains out of a good t-shirt?

After suggestions after I did a bit milling in a new t-shirt, I got sprayed in cutting oil. Been through the washing machine and still stained.

The fluid is Ambersil Tufcut on a maroon cotton t-shirt.

Can't help on the oil stain unfortunately, I tend to buy the cheapest t shirts I can find and go through them fairly quickly.

Lathe bits and tools are far more important !
When I was in Rome street sellers were actually giving me stuff free

use a pair of scissors as it will sharpen them while your cutting

I had this issue with previous Mrs79 who was only a subcontractor, not the PAYE version I have now.

She went **** nuts. I said anyone who spends £40 on a T-shirt is mental.

She did reply with the best quote about me from anyone though “if you’re not naked you consider yourself smartly dressed”

It was meant as an insult but I took it as a compliment.

Kitchen towel to lift any excess oil then baking soda on top of the stain. If that fails vanish and I don’t mean the cleaning product

Try washing it with added washing soda. You may have to do it a few times.

Another bonus of island life, the demarcation of clothing. Island clothes, and big island clothes. The latter being much the same as the former but with with fewer holes and stains.

Dunk it into a bucket of Tufcut, voila, no more stain.

They were all West Africans. A very good friend of mine is from Gambia.
The standard chat up line seems to be
"You are my brother" "You are my best friend" - "Where are you from?"

To which I replied Serekunda.

The looks on their faces was priceless. Then they started giving me loads of freebies. My other half walked off in disgust. My brother reckons that they had finally found someone worse dressed than them

look tear it up so it looks like somethings grabbed it like grinder or the drill so shred it at that point make sure you have a loverly graze as well

then you will get simperfy from the mrs instead of the bollocking that your going to get for ruining the tshirt with cutting oil

I can wear the oldest shorts and tee shirt and not get a spec of oil on me. ‘Nice new’ clean stuff attracts oil like a magnet ( well the shirt is not magnetic but you know what I mean).
