I have got mostly 18v Makita tools and the batteries ofc. However, it seems like the Milwaukee die grinders are miles ahead of Makita.
Go for the Makita one or get another battery type tool.....
@brightspark already told me I NEED a die grinder to clean up a hole on a drill table.

Well I bit the bullet and emptied my piggy bank last night, ordered the m12 90deg the m12 straight 4x4amp batteries and a charger, should be here in a few days
In my experience 6mm-1/4 doesn't make any difference. I have Snap On die grinders as well as cheap ones and every bit I've ever bought fits all of them fine.
Check out Powertoolmate for some of the best prices on Milwaukee kit, they've had some really good discount codes recently for 10% off all Milwaukee which amazing given they are already one of the cheapest.
I am mostly Dewalt and my lad has Milwaukee, he has the M18 greasegun which really good for the money but he was chatting to a guy who had the M18 and the M12 and he said if you don't need variable output the M12 works well and is lighter. I got one for about £90 on the deal and a 6amp battery was about £37 I think.

Thats where I ordered from, but couldn't find any codes, also if any body looks on there don't buy the kits buy it individually it works out cheaper still, or it did for what I wanted.
Yes there are often oddball situations like that. Once you've bought from them you'll get notified of codes.

2 chargers is just greedy! I use to have 4 one blew up I only have 3 now, dont get too much grinding dudt in the chargers
I think I have a M12 charger, I'm sure we can work out a deal on it. I've no Milwaukee tools so its no use to me!

Im also looking at this atm. I have all Makita 18v so wondering if there is much of a size difference between the Makita die grinder and the m12 Milwaukee? Thinking maybe going m12 Milwaukee and 18v Makita.

Milwaukee 90 degree die grinder turned up, going to see whats its like then maybe get the straight one.

Son has just got off the phone. He’s buying some M18 tools. Been offered a cracking deal. Grinder, 1/2 inch impact wrench, batteries and charger £300. All brand new and from a dealer. Oddly I’ve to go half, even odder I said yes. Think I’ve got Redeyetist
