£40-£60 per Mwh - which end of that scale are you expecting . I'm hopeful they are a good prospect in the interim but let's not forget they haven't been built yet....Having worked in the nucelar industry I'd expect those cost estimates to be optimistic.No that was announced before the gas prices went nuts. Rolls Royce are promising £40 per mw/h from their SMRs. And remember they will be commercially run. The cost of under £2 billion per unit brings them into the commercial sector rather than state infrastructure which will always be more efficient. Even Amazon are thinking of buying them
