I will dig mine out. Mine are Riello. The Riello (and other) burner handbooks have jetting recommendations for 28 and 36sec fuels.
It's quite a common thing, having a shared bulk storage tank for farm diesel and heating.
I do understand the principe of the flow by piping it as such . , my only caution of that particular TRV location would be that the trv is reading the air temp at a higher point of the room , with a colder layer below , which would be generally at sitting height .It is the correct method, called cross flowed and puts the TRV head in a position it will actually get a reasonable reading of the air temp.
As the water cools flowing through the radiators it naturally wants to flow to the bottom so helps efficiency
Most people prefer the aesthetics of the TRV at low level
Mines a Benetone , and I “think” it won’t be much different .. Luckilu my 20 year old Wallstar is just a burner and water jacket . Not a lot to go wrong ..The Riello (and other) burner handbooks have jetting recommendations for 28 and 36sec fuels.

I’ve seen is the likes of commercials etc aswell , not disputing that , or the efficiency . I know that there are larger sections within the regs regarding access , ie the height of electrical sockets in new builds , so maybe within commmercial , buildings for public use , the same rules apply .That is how I have piped every care home or commercial space I have worked it, over a big space the small savings add up
I'm not sure if it's in the building regs or not, but it is definitely how TRVs are designed to be used

Just bought a couple of 2kW oil filled rads from Toolstation. One of those seems far better than the little 2kW fan heater I had.
Because the vast majority of people dislike the fact that others are more experienced and knowledgeable than they are about a particular subject.I am repeating what senior managers told me who have worked there for 20 years. I trust they knew what they were talking about. Not just Googling for answers.
It's all political - imagine their share price if people thought they were going to put nuclear waste down there. Of course they will deny it.
Imagine the protestors.
The science will never be allowed to win against prejudice.

As for a shared tank … maybe it’s times to start a small holding , work that loop hole .
Why should the UK bother trying to be Green ?It's a fact
Have you published your net zero ambitions for your company?
How are you reducing carbon and energy usage?
Do you have any kind of strategy other than bleating on (incorrectly) that wind is useless and we should have more nuclear (which I agree with, but I also understand the longer term issues)
Having been down Western Deep Levels outside Krugersdorp in South Africa , I can tell you they are far from safe. I went down just after they broke the world record for being the deepest Goldmine in the world. ( Early 1990,s) We went down to the training center that is located 1,5km underground.( The working face was at 3,5km deep thenBoulby is the deepest mine in Europe I think. 4000 feet.
Some South African gold mines go down 12000 feet
Got to be the safest place of all.
Why should the UK bother trying to be Green ?
They produce less than 1% of the worlds CO2.
Destroying an economy to Virtue Signal, is a mindless exercise in futility.
Perhaps. But when other countries simply continue to increase their GHG emissions without care, it does feel like we are peeing into the wind somewhat. Sure, we could do better but the difference it will make has got to be negligible, while China, India and Russia maintain the attitude they have. What an incredibly short sighted view

Again, still a very short sighted view
My neighbour just throws rubbish in the back garden so I will do the same right?
Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching
Having seen the difference to people's lives energy savings make I will continue doing what I am doing
Someone has to start the ball rollingDepends.
Continuing with that analogy, it would be like admonishing your neighbour but then secretly throwing your rubbish in somebody elses back garden.
A lot of these "Green" initiatives are not about actually solving a problem, just moving it to another country or "offsetting" it.
While our carbon balance book might look great at the end of it, the glaring issue with this approach is we all still live on the same rock, and therefore unless everybody works together everybody suffers.
It has to be a global effort, and it has to actually work, not just look good on paper.
The world is a long way off that, and we have already run out of time to fix it.
It is now a case of damage limitation, and the biggest offenders are unlikely to change.
Depends.
