Expected for days, sent early by the seller, stuck several times in some distribution centre, arrived in the village today on the vehicle of the "Christmas relief delivery man", who in his electric vehicle with defective handbrake had very little joy on this particular day in our village with 60m altitude difference .

Quite heavy. The accuracy is given as "indicator line x 0.3mm/m", which, with this very good readability, is good enough for me for now.

My Chinese diesel heater turned up.
Been going through the parts and can't say I'm impressed with the exhaust tube!
Seam welded, then ridged? Weld has opened up at the bottom of the ridges then split wide open when they bent it to fit in the box.
Guess I'll be ordering a proper twin wall exhaust then.

Can you give us all several pictures of your set up and the current prices you have paid please. I want to keep up dated with such things for the heating for when i get the 16 x 32 foot GRP &resin equipment enclosure ) shed constructed

Currently sorting out mounting it all. I bought it from vevor for £82 delivered. Came with 2 silencers for some reason, and a t piece and 2 bits of vent tubing for the outlet. I went with a simple dial controller as I figured it was less Chinese stuff to go wrong.
I'll post some pics when it's installed.

Ugly? Yes. But quite good. Here we have a bunch of scatterd villages and hamlets and these E-Cars manage to do a whole day full of parcels.
They are even better in citys.

By 2025, the delivery fleet will then comprise a total of 37,000 e-vehicles, including e-commercial vehicles from established car manufacturers.
According to Swiss Post, electric vehicles are better suited than combustion engines for journeys with start-stop traffic, as is common in letter and parcel delivery. Each vehicle saves around four tons of CO2 emissions per year compared to a conventional vehicle. By 2025, the company will have reduced its annual CO2 emissions by 150,000 tons. Deutsche Post DHL also wants to adapt the charging infrastructure to the further expansion of the e-fleet. It is already the largest private charging infrastructure operator in the country, with 20,000 charging points at its operating sites. The electric fleet will be supplemented by 8,000 e-bikes and around 9,000 e-trikes, three-wheeled electrically powered cargo bikes. By 2025, Deutsche Post will have purchased a further 5,000 e-trikes. [...}"

A water jet cut aluminium plate for a job.
Eccentric bore. Hopefully it's in roughly the right place.

Curious, why not water jet the bore too? Or mostly, then ream?
Or, do the bore then water jet the outer shape.
Not my area of expertise, that isn't criticism, just wondered why it was done that way.
